Q: Do you offer different bag sizes and styles?
A: Yes. Countdownn offers travel bags in various sizes, designs, and capacities. Check each product page for full details.
Q: What if the bag I want is out of stock?
A: Out-of-stock items are clearly marked. You can contact us for restock updates.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship across Italy and selected international destinations.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A:
• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on location)
Tracking details are sent once your order is shipped.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Debit/Credit Cards and Cash on Delivery (COD). Additional payment options may be added soon.
Q: Is checkout secure?
A: Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout system.
Q: Which currency will I be charged in?
A: All transactions are processed in EUR (€).
🔁 Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the travel bag is unused and in its original condition. Clearance or customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. For other changes, please return the item and place a new order.
